Goal

• improving load responsivness
• designing torque curve shape according specific customer requirements
• increasing reliability and durability to customer specifications
• devoloping a service plan according application demands

Process

• development of the specification sheet with the customer
• deriving the target specification
• calculation of a draft layout for all engine systems to meet the specifications
• calculation of the specific components design in an engine system simulation with all thermodynamical and mechanical aspects
• designing the components in corporation with the fabrication
• fabrication of prototype components
• testing of the prototype components on various test benches and measureing them, e.g. on a flow bench
• engine system testing on the engine bench according to the application derived test program
• ...several levels of release status possible
